Azzurro Mare is the most recently renovated villa in Olympic Beach. It is an exclusive villa right in front of the beach. The amazing view of the sea from the huge windows of the rooms make this villa your best choice for enjoying your stay in Olympic Beach. It is located right in the center of Olympic Beach just in front of the pedestrian street and only 3 meters from the sand. The rooms are located on the first and second floor of the Vila and the amazing sea view and sea side view on selected rooms is guaranteed to make your stay a pleasant one.
Note: Towels are not provided at the Villa so you have to bring your own. No private parking is offered. Customers can park on the street near the villa free of charge (where spots are available). Lift is available at the Villa

- Triple Studio - Back View rooms are 20 square meters and feature one double and one single bed, an en suite bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchenette (small refrigerator, stove, utensils for three), and a large balcony with back view.
- Maximum Occupancy: Three (Rates quoted are for three people. There is a cost to add additional children or adults to this room; see room's policies.)
- Bed Type: One Queen plus one Single

- Washing Facilities: In case of a long occupancy, washing of clothes can be arranged upon request at an additional charge.
- Waiting Area: Guests after Check Out and till 21.00 at night can stay in the Waiting Area. A space for temporary placement of guests' luggage is available. Also a shared bathroom in the waiting area is at the guests' disposal with toilet and shower facilities .

List of Hotel's Policies
- Check In - Check Out Policy: Customers can check in after 14.00 and till 21.00. Check out times are between 08.00 and 10.00. Different check in and check out times can be arranged on request at a possible additional charge.
- Children Policy: Children four and under are permitted within maximum occupancy at no additional cost using existing bedding. One additional to the maximum occupancy child 4 to 12 years old can be accommodated using existing bedding at 25% of the standard adult price. No extra beds or cots can be placed inside the apartment.
- Additional Adult Policy: Up to one extra adult 12 years old and over is permitted in addition to the standard occupancy for half of the normal adult price, per night, using existing bedding. There is no availability for placement of extra beds inside the apartment.
- Pets: Small Pets are NOT allowed.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are between 14.30 and 17.30 in the afternoon and 00.00 till 08.00 at night. They must be respected and in case of disturbance, the owner has the right to request from the customer to leave his room. No refunds are given in case of quiet hours disturbance.
- Room Condition: Rooms must be kept clean and tidy at all times during occupancy by the customers. At the end of the occupancy, it is the customer's responsibility to leave the room in the condition that was provided. The owner will check the room's condition in the end of the stay and in case of non compliance, additional fees will be charged accordingly.
- Room Facilities: The room is delivered to the customer in full working condition. The customer, at the beginning of his stay, has the responsibility to check that all appliances and furniture are in perfect condition and all materials (sheets, cutlery, etc) are delivered to him by the owner. In case of malfunction or unintentional damage of any of the materials and/or appliances provided, the customer has the obligation to report it to the owner within 24 hours. At the end of the stay, the owner will check that everything is in the condition that was provided and in case of damage, additional fees will be charged accordingly.
- Provided Material: The room will be provided with clean sheets upon arrival. In case of an occupancy of more than 5 days, new clean sheets will be provided by the owner every 5 days. Towels, Cleaning Equipment, Toilet Paper, Garbage Bags and other material are not provided during occupancy, unless specifically declared in the included list. Provision of any of the above material can be arranged upon request at an extra charge.
- Extra Keys: Upon arrival one set of keys is provided to the customer. No additional extra keys can be provided. In case of loss, a new set of keys will be provided at an additional charge.
- Air Condition: Air Condition is available in all rooms but at an additional charge unless explicitly stated in the included list. Inquiries and arrangements can be made with the owner upon arrival for the provision and the cost of air conditioning facilities in the room. Air condition is provided with the intention to be used while the guests are inside the property. Use of Air Condition while the room is vacant is not acceptable and in such case the owner has the right to stop the provision of the service.
- Additional Charges: Any additional fees will be collected by the property's owner. For additional person and bedding requests, please highlight them in the Comments field of the Reservation form.
